What people usually ask.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from your billing settings. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan. If you move up, you only pay the difference for the days left in the month.
What happens after the 7 free days?
After 7 days your plan starts and we take the first payment. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. There's no free-forever plan. We'll keep your account and client data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes, on Firma and Klub. If you already own a domain, like yourstudio.com, we'll connect it to Forte and help you set everything up. It's a one-time 50 PLN fee. You keep paying for the domain wherever you bought it. Don't have one yet? We'll point you to where to get one.
How do my clients access the platform?
You invite a client and they get their own account. They log in on your website and have everything they need in one place: their plan, their sessions and their progress. Nothing to install.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your clients' details are private and only visible to you and your team. Each client sees their own and nothing else. We don't sell that data.
Can I bring my data over from another app?
Yes. We'll help you bring your clients over from another app, a spreadsheet or even a notebook. On Firma and Klub we do it for you at no extra cost. On Trener it's a paid extra.
Do you offer discounts?
We don't offer yearly discounts. It's one fixed price, paid monthly. Running a non-profit? Get in touch.
